The only boot that stays waterproof very long is rubber.I treat mine with sno seal and works like a charm. Reading reviews doesn’t appear they are very waterproof.
Can anyone comment with experience?

I've had this same pair for 2 years. Probably the most comfortable boot I've ever put on but don't walk through wet grass because your feet will be soaking wet. You might as well wear sandals because these will keep your feet dry about the same.
