Dang what brand? Not necessarily for the deer but I love the smell of vanilla and the crap I'm using now is some kinda lemon/beeswax scent. I don't care for it.

Read about vanilla flavoring being used in Louisiana over 50 years ago.
Somebody asked about Nose Jammer last week and I said I like it.
Probably got closer to bucks using it than I would have ever imagined.
I think that it is especially useful if you don't climb real high.

I make my own, just buy some vanilla essential oil, it usually has some carrier oils in it. I add coconut oil and another one that I cant remember right off hand. bees wax, I like the white. And some butters like cocoa and something else. Basically its essential oil, carrier oil, butters, beeswax. put in jar, melt in microwave, pour in tins and let cool.

I got my recipe like I like it, but at first I would only pour a small amount in one tin. Use it for a day or 2 to see if I liked it. If needed I would add to the jar and remicrowave. Kept doing this till I got it right. Oh yea, write down how much of the ingedients you mix up so you can duplicate it in the future.
