A 2 loss Auburn as an SEC Champ will 100 percent be in the playoff.

If Auburn wins out Alabama gets in with 1 loss Auburn would just be SEC champs. See Penn St 2016 Ya think any toilet paper will be thrown at Toomer's if if plays out that way?

I don't think auburn gets into the playoff, too many teams with better records out there:
Alabama 10-0
Wisconsin 10-0
Miami 9-0
Oklahoma 9-1
UCF 9-0
Clemson 9-1
Georgia 9-1
Ohio State 8-2 (media darlings)
Auburn 8-2 Imo 1 spot for big 10 champ,1 spot for the acc champ , 1 spot for the big 12 champ, 1 spot for the sec champ, the only way ucf gets in is if Oklahoma drops another game and replaces the big 12 champ, every team outside of the sec would have to lose another game for 2 sec teams to get in

I think they would be in. I don't think they beat Alabama This. No way they get left out if this happens.

If the remaining teams do not win out they will be right back in, if Alabama would have lost to MSU they would already be talking about it. Yep and Suckeyes have had that azz tapped twice (Once to unranked team and at home) by big margins.

If Auburn wins out they will be in I have no doubt. In that senerio a 1 loss Alabama could get in with a little help. Like Oklahoma losses a game. Miami beats Clemson. Wisconsin gets beat. One or two of those things happen they would be in.

Teams without a conference championship game in their conference should be out of contention for the playoff. All the major conferences have a championship now since the big 12 has added one. I didn't realize they had one. Still leaves Notre Dame out. They need to align with a conference. They get all the upside of being independent and none of the down side. But, they are the fighting Catholics, so anything goes, I suppose. Luckily they suck and are always overrated and will never be really good again.
