Have any of y'all heard or seen a deer with Bullwinkle disease? My friends son killed one with the disease Saturday. It was a small 8 point with one extremely swollen hoof, it's snout was swollen and it had no molars.

We didn't dig into it very much to examine its teeth or nasal cavity, we simply cut the head off and took it tot the WMA. Surprisingly, if I remember correctly, the deer seemed to be in fairly decent shape (other than the head). It wasn't skin and bones by any means. There weren't any other signs of problems other than its snout/head.

There's one I just scored today killed in Summerdale a few years back. Good deer for that area. Scored 119. I thought the taxidermist just didn't know what the hell he was doing but they said that is how the deer looked when he was shot.
