Good stuff we had some last week. I took the leftovers placed in a bowl, and scrambled a few eggs & mixed it in along with some cheddar cheese...

It was mighty fine. Took 6 onions, 6 bell peppers and 2 japs and sauteed them down in a skillet as well. Stuffed like a tick.

Looks good. We made a pot of chili. Then I saw the lows for later this week. Great leftovers.
