For hunting, no benefit. I did use some as an attractant for trapping sites. It seem to attract boars most of the time.

Not that I would ever do this! LOL
But, I have heard that getting a few gallons of burnt oil from the local oil change shop is useful. They say that putting it in wallows really gets them to hitting them more often.
But, still not often enough to sit on to hunt.
