Ten years later, she appeared in Playboy in 1991 after she had been outed (against her will and wishes) as a transexual. Heff would be pissed all right but only for putting an ugly tranny in his magazine. Edited to take out the part about love scenes with Roger Moore. Thanks soalaturkeys  .

My research says you are correct, 'it' was born a boy and had the surgery, but Roger Moore did not have a scene with him/her where they were touching, he/she was listed in the credits as 'girl in pool', and was just part of the scenery.
