Confirmed today that puppies are in the oven for Maverick and Georgia. The litter will be due around mid-Nov 2017, pups should be to go home as early as Christmas. There will be limited opportunity to own a pup from this pairing, as neither owner plan to become active breeders. Both Mav and Georgia are hunting and family companions. Neither have been test/trial ran; however, both have it in their pedigree.
Georgia (Dam) is AKC and UKC certified. She comes from primarily a hunting lineage. However, she is descendant from (96) NFC AFC Storm's Riptide Star line, which was the first Chocolate Labrador to earn National Field Championship (1996). She has health clearances for EIC and Hips/Elbows.
Maverick (Sire) is AKC certified and comes from a highly decorated trails/test lineage, as well as a hunting lineage. He is the offspring of FC AFC Coolwater's Knockout and HRCH Ann's Wicked Witch MH. Both of which come from a lines heavily filled with champions.
Selection of pups will be based on order that security deposits are received. Current expectation is 6-8 puppies. Puppies will not be shipped, they must be either picked up or can be delivered in the Birmingham Metro area.
