We all know broadheads fly a tad different than field points. Just curious what everyone thinks flies closest to field points(fixed blade only). And yes, I know not all set ups shoot broadheads the same.

Just wanted to see what everyone thinks

Shaw set up my bow and had it tuned last year, my broadheads (wac em' 4 blade, nap spitfire mechanical, 100 grain) hit right up to par with my field points. I can't shoot perfect but up to 35 yards it's on like donkey kong

Slick Trick has flown the best for me. The larger heads haven't flown very well regardless of how well my bow tuned. All mechanicals have shot with my field points.

Ive had good luck tuning my bow to shoot several different heads same as field points. But Ramcats were by far the easiest. Those heads shot awesome.

I've shot Thunderhead 100s since I started bowhunting in 1992. I've never had to tune my bow to shoot broadheads. Every bow that I've had shot them the same as my field points.

Shorter fixed blades tend to plane less than longer ones, otherwise I don't think it makes a dimes worth of difference. If your bow is truly in tune, then it should shoot most fixed blades the same.

Montec's shoot with my field tips, however my bow is properly tuned. Another note, and not sure if it matters, but my blades are aligned with my vanes.

Yes it does, if you have OCD as bad as mine. I absolutely cannot shoot an arrow that isn't perfectly aligned with the broadhead.

I never shoot field points anymore just broadheads.
20 years ago, I knew old guys who did that and I thought they were weird. Now I get it.
