My wife son and I finally are getting settled in at our cabin and 10 acres. I put a camera out right when we moved last weekend and checked it yesterday. Had this decent buck in front of the camera on October 4th for over 2 hours. I put out some mineral when I hung the camera. Im about to get in my stand this morning( in TN) and see if I can stick him. I've never killed a deer of my own land so I would be very proud of him if I can give him a nap. Anyways I'm awful at aging deer, but he just looks young to me, what's yalls opinions? Buck on the right obviously.

From that pic I'm inclined to say three.

He could be four.

I am not good at aging but his running buddy looks to me to be the same or older.

Very nice deer. Looks like a bit of velvet coming off the right side tine. Whether he's 4 or 5 or 6 that's what I consider to be a mature deer. Thinking 5
