20 years ago this project would have taken a long afternoon. I'm on my fourth day. Sad and it all hurts now. Geno Jr. came home from work and helped me with the fasteners on the rod holders - all the contortionism in the world didn't make my arms long enough to reach both ends.
Rod holders are installed.

Took most of the day off yesterday in response to being dumb on Friday afternoon and nearly crippling myself. Woke up this morning with only about 15% more pain than normal. Only needed a small amount of vodka in my coffee.
Working myself back up to it again. Should take one to two hours to finish - there really is not much of anything to be done, attach electrical terminals to the power supply wires and plug/screw them in, put in a fuse, seal up a few holes and then it's buttoning everything up and cleanup.
If someone will be kind enough to post pics up for an old retard, I can begin sending a few.

I'll be on the lake when I get her vacuumed out and buttoned up. Should be an hour or two I would guess. No hurry. I took most of yesterday off and my back healed itself. I just have to get adjusted to my new speed when working in adverse environments/conditions.
Anyone want to go along for a test ride?

The damn windshield that was in the way to begin with has it not only blocked but completely protected. Besides - I did it both ways and it looked retarded with the wires coming out pointing the wrong way and doing this weird around the world to get there thing. I also didn't seal the hole I cut there. I want the water run down into the scuppers from anywhere it can possibly get in on the inside.
Question to aldeer peeps - should I turn it over? It's the least of the things I've done to make this happen.

Ok. Ya'll move too slow - I'm headed back out there to clean up, vacuum, trim all the zip ties, coil up the tag end to reduce interference and hook her up to Mrs. Geno's old GMC to Mrs. Geno's boat.
Be back soon.

All holes sealed and set. All tools put away. The inside vacuumed out.
About to go for a test ride and see what we will see. Anybody want to tag along?
