Its late September and nobody is complaining about things being to dry. Usually about now we have the annual Aldeer bitch-fest about not enough rain to make greenfields grow.

We've had enough rain and cool weather to change our environment. Probably a good thing. You're right - we are usually listening to folks claim they will lose it all if it doesn't rain soon this time of year.
Don't get used to it folks - normal is dry and hot about now.

Great harvest weather. About 10 degrees cooler would be nice but as long as it stays dry I'm good with it. Thankful for every drop we got this year for sure.

I know that Matt doesn't need it up there, but I wish it would rain about 2-4" here. A lot hotter than I would like, as well.

I was just thinking how much we need rain in Perry county. Ground is dry and no rain in the 10 day forecast.

It rained here yesterday. Rained here last Saturday too. We're doing good.

I just commented on this yesterday. I normally won't plant til October but this September has been unusually rainy. We need another cat 4 hurricane to rip thru Florida, that last one brought us some nice cool weather and a couple days of steady rain. I could go ahead and plant right on the heels of another hurricane.

My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

We planted today and we NEED rain in southwest TN. There's a horrendous multitude of turkeys on our place and them bastards will be scratching all our seed up.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
