Alabama fans have crowed so much that winning no longer brings out much enthusiasm. Auburn fans, even the hard core, knows the future appears grim for the next few years at least. That's giving a new coach 2 years to get his people and system up and running. And that is probably a best case scenario. Both fan bases are quiter, for different reasons, than before.

Auburn is number 30 on the "Winning Percentage" list below other SEC teams such as: Alabama, Tennessee, LSU, Georgia, and Florida. So they are 6th in the SEC.
