If he was busted at 100 Ross that's basically across/up the street from the police station, fire station and municipal building.
At that time of morning, being boisterous outside in that area probably wouldn't take long to attract the attention of the popo.
I knew that address sounded familiar. That is the name and address of the apartments my daughter lived in last year. And yes, it is right across the street from the PD. Sounds like he has given up on being a football player and has chosen the party animal life. Time for Gus to make that permanent.

Suspend him and move on. How many suspensions do you get before it is time to just let him move on? Getting arrested the night after the first game back from eligibility is not the way to go. I simply think that at this point, since he isn't the starter, the party life holds more appeal that being on the football team. He's given up. Let him go.
