My neighbor uses it on his pasture and doesn't disc it in.

I was repeatedly assured on here last year that a gallon of this stuff is as good as 3 tons of Ag lime per acre slap

No tilling in. Nice product but it was a lot of work for me. I mixed it in 5 gallon bucket with water to thin it out. Used a drill and mixer. Lot of work but honestly I would use pelletized or bulk lime.


It be's that way sometimes.

Just to summarize for those that are too lazy to read the article I posted:

The calcium or magnesium in agricultural lime are NOT what is responsible for its liming action. If that is what you are spraying you aren't going to get the desired result.

That's not my opinion. That's fact.

If liquid lime worked we'd gone to it a long time ago. For Mg deficient soils use dolomitic lime. For any other use calcitic lime. The finer its ground the faster and better it works
