I been weaning one for a few years to help in my tuning process , I don't know much about them though, cabelas has a cladwell for $99 or a cladwell deluxe version with bipod, light key , etc for $160 , what should I be looking for ? It will just be used to test and tune different aspects of my personal bows.

I've used this one for years and never had an issue. You can pick up a tripod fairly cheap. Unless you plan on using it inside, you won't need a light kit. The kit you mentioned with everything wouldn't be a bad deal.

Ive used the same chronograph for many years, no issues. I use it mostly for reloading for my rifles. As for archery its nice to know, and can help you narrow down sight tapes if you have adjustable sights.
