I have 3 openings for 380 acres in Bullock county. Will be myself and 3 others. Just had the other 3 get out within the last 2 weeks. This land was clear cut and replanted 4 years ago with SMZ's and food plots. There is a small, 2 room cabin with a full bath that is fine for overnight stays. We have skinning rack and fire pit. I'm saying $1100 max. That should cover the lease, bushogging, planting, seed, and fertilizer and electricity. I pay liability insurance and water myself and retain sole turkey rights.

This is not a trophy club but more like a 6pt or better lease. We encourage trigger restraint but not going to go ballistic if a kid kills a spike for his first deer. We'll high five him! We saw deer almost every time we hunted last year. We killed 7 deer on the place last year. 3 does (one weighed 140lbs) and 4 bucks. One real nice 8pt, a 165lb 7pt., a 5pt, and an "oops" 4pt.

All of us in it last year used this place as a second place to hunt as we all had other places. Pressure was kept to a minimum.

Guests are allowed with a member but if it gets abused, that will be the end of that.

This land is owned by one of my patients who lives on land adjoining the place so we will respect them and their property. In other words, act like you got some sense.

Benji, you had me at "I retain sole turkey rights". Good luck filling your spots this late in the year, but if folks want to kill some deer you can't go wrong in Bulluck County.

Bud, sure I'll eleborate. Father/son got out due to distance and financials and they could hunt in their backyard. Other guy joined a lease in an in area so awesome that is only 15 minutes from his house that (being honest) if I had the chance to get in I would have dropped out too. All of us were in other clubs and there is only so much money to go around.

I used to hunt on county Road 8 where it crosses the Conecuh river. We always saw plenty of deer and turkey and a few hogs.

It is off of Hwy.29. I'm one of the guys that got out. I hated to get out but couldn't pass up a spot 15 minutes from my house. You will see deer almost every hunt at this property. Several hunts I saw 14-15 deer a sit.

I've tracked a couple different deer on this property and I'll vouch for it being a nice setup. It's mostly cutover that's just hitting that prime stage for holding deer. I don't think you'll have an issue seeing deer there.

Could you provide me a little more about this lease? Where exactly is this lease in Bullock County? Sounds like it could be a great property.

This afternoon I was showing the property to the guy who will doing the bush hogging and a dang spike jumped in front of the Ranger! Missed him by about 3 feet! Too close for comfort!

Benjy can answer better than me but I wouldn't think more than an hour and 15 minutes. You won't find a better guy to hunt with and that area is really good.
