That first one looks pretty average to me, you'd better let him get a couple more years on him and he might grow into something nice.  Seriously though, both are really good deer and it's hard to tell from that pic but the first one doesnt look overly old. I'm thinking the 10 is 4.5 years old maybe 5.5. The 7 is 6+ and the 8 3.5.
