Does anyone know who manages the leases on land owned by Sustainable Forrest LLC, land in interest is located in NW AL?

Sustainable forest was IP so I assume RMS has it now.

I think there is a consultant company in central Florida that handles their hunting leases. RMS sold a lot of their land a couple of years ago to Potlach. It is hard to keep up with the REITS and their continuous land sales. Have you tried to Google Sustainable Forrest? Go to the court house and see if they can help with who owns the land currently and get an address of the tax notices.

That is going to be a subsidiary of some company. Best way to find the owner is to look at the mailing address. Then google the address to see who resides there.


Potlatch manages their own hunting leases. They do not own any land in northwest Alabama though.

I wouldn't have thought they would have kept the same name IP was using?

If they bought the entire entity, then I suppose they could. Y guess is that this is rms owned/managed property.
