The attorney on Facebook hyping it up had a little run-in with the SEC. Probably just doing all this to taint a jury. You mean Donald Watkins? That guy has been a crook for years. He made millions off the city of Birmingham when Arington was mayor. He is under investigation by the SEC. He has been investigated for laundering money threw his bank and was suspected of helping Scrushy had money. Yep this Bozo came up in the conversation when I learned about the text. From what I gather he tries any way he can to get money out of any situation and yes that means telling obvious lies to stir the crap

The fact that she went immediately to the police and hospital, at like 3am that very night , and not days or even more than a couple of hours after lends me to believe her side more than his. And if she was drugged with ghb , which we won't know because the police did not test her urine for date rape drugs (and why didn't they?), or they did and the evidence has sudden "disappeared". Too many facts to ignore, the bunns are simply hitting back via public assasination of the girl as hard as they can because it's the only leg they have to stand on. Why didn't she just call 911 before or after the alleged rape? She had her phone if she really felt threatened.

Being told this site is fake news interesting....was wondering how "reputable" the source was....curious how accurate or inaccurate it is. Nah, it's accurate. Or at least the part that has come out that it was consensual. I am acquainted with him through my sister in law who is friends with his. He’s a goober and I don’t care for him but, the press is too quick to salivate over a college rape story. See Rolling Stone. It is sounding more and more like she had some mental problems. When I say “acquainted” I mean I have been around him 2 or 3 times over the past few years so I don’t know enough to make a judgment on him…just know enough that after we parted ways the first time I was around him I told my wife I thought he was a goober.
