also, she claimed she took his gun "to protect herself", but apparently she also took his car keys, and rummaged through his car taking cash and his football tickets....

I still say anyone who refers to himself as "Sweet T", and goes to college bars to pickup chicks half his age, is an epic douchebag, but it's pretty clear he did not rape that girl.

There are some indicators in there that she changed her mind about banging him, but we'll never know the truth now. If it were a criminal case against him, he wins hands down. That is why it never even got to that point. As for a civil case, I think he will win if it gets that far, but who knows? The are just too many things that will come out that the press doesn't know right now. For example, the fact that she offed herself is pretty compelling evidence that something caused her great pain, but we don't know if she has ever had problems with depression before or if there are going to be other girls come out of the woodwork ala, Bill Cosby.

The SO threatening her with criminal charges was over the top and is the root of causing them issues in the case. It sure makes it look like they were working for him and not investigating the Rape allegations to the fullest. Her indescretions should have been brought up after resolution of the Rape matter through a Grand Jury, not used as a tool to get her to not pursue charges.

In the end he's a rich troll that likes them young and now the world knows. I imagine that will be the sad end of it.

I was speaking of the fact that all this started over an article on buzzfeed. Buzzfeed is not a respectable honest website.

I was told more than a month ago about the texts she sent prior to the incident and yes I very much believe the man that told me.

I went to law school with his attorney and have known him for over 20 years. He told me about the text shortly after this all blew up.

My brother graduated with the accused. Knows him very well. I also know who the accused was with that night very good. (The male friend). My brother says that in high school the girls didn't like him at all. At party's and get togethers he was always touchy feely on the girls and always trying to get them to leave with him. I'm not saying this means he's guilty by any means but him trolling bars for young girls isn't a surprise at all. No girl on earth deserves to be raped or abused for any reason, but some of these dumb college girls need to quit riding around with just whoever they meet at a bar.
