Just one question. How do you forge massively long sets of chains when you are frozen and dead? The walkers took over entire villages/wildling armies north of the wall. Remember when they raided Hardhome? I just explain it away as one of the groups they took over had them. Don't think too hard about it....it's a show about dragons and zombies.
