For an old friend that has been battling cancer for a long time now. He has been at war with colon cancer for about 5 years now, been through several surgeries, a ton of pain, and is in really bad shape right now. I don't think he has much time left.
His name is Eddie Mathis and is from Boaz. This guy has been a great friend, has raised 5 great boys along with his wife, and loves the outdoors.
He and his family would surely appreciate any prayers you could send up. I don't think he is a member here, but I think at least one of his boys is.
