Reasonably priced and O/U are USUALLY mutually exclusive. I have the one exception to that rule.

Charles Daly made by Miroku (company that builds Browning guns in Japan) produced in the 1970's sometime. Has almost NOTHING in common except the name with the crap you see Charles Daly on these days.

GOOD O/U's will start at $1k almost all the time. If mine had ejectors instead of extractors I wouldn't take that for it.

Sorry. Should have been specific. I was referring to the price extended by the seller not the actual price range. If it's a reasonably priced citori I will consider.

My mistake. If you don't find anything I'll loan you mine for the trip in exchange for a deer hunt or two. Just take care of it.

The limit is still 15 birds if you are in the USA.

If there are that many birds flying carry a single shot 😎

My aim is much better with an over under. Rarely will I use a second shot unless it's a second bird. I grew up on a cattle farm and hunted with a single shot 12 with a single bead sight. Dead eye. I've tried using semis and I wind up spraying and praying.

You can get a CZ Teal or Mallard for a good deal right now. They're solid O/U's for well under $1000. I'd take them over a Yildiz or anything like that any day IF you plan on shooting much

Yildiz is one of the few who use an alloy receiver, so both their o/u and sxs guns are very light. That may not matter for dove hunting, but it can be nice if you are hunting something that requires a lot of walking.

CNC machines have changed the shotgun industry a great deal. Now even the cheap Turkish guns are usually solid and reliable.

Browning Cynergy Camo new for 1500.00-1600.00. Plenty of them out there if you want a camo gun and don't mind 12 ga 28", 30" or 32" barrels.

I have a 12ga Citori Satin Hunter. It has been sitting in the safe since 2014 in a silicon sock. Clean, shiny bore and no rust. Pretty wood with only a few tiny handling marks. I can't remember if it is 26" or 28". If you are interested I will get pictures.
