Went jug fishing on the river at Gainesville this weekend and had a large hatch of flies cover the boat up. Saw a few willow/may flies, but 95% of them were a diff type of fly with a yellow ball/egg sac looking thing on their rear end.

Anybody have any guesses on what they may have been? May can get a picture later as they're still plastered all over the boat.

Lots of different kinds of mayflies, damselflies, caddisflies, etc.

I think after closer inspection, they are actually willow flies, but 95% of them have yellow egg sacs where their tails should be. I've never seen that and it threw me off.
