I think if the seller has a store in your state you're charged taxes x2 usually disclosed in ad tho

Doesn't matter though, because like you said...they made that deal with the state and have been collecting 8% since last November. They are recognizing the tax-free weekend this weekend, though.

There's a reason why TN doesnt have income tax. States will get you one way or the other.
