this has been an ongoing deal much like Irish's. It is only a 12' wide x 40' long but big enough for 1 bed and 1 bath and 1 living. I can only work on it 1 wknd a month with myself and one friend that helps. but man I'm ready to finish this thing. It is definitely a labor of love as I have done everything by myself with the exception of electrical, a good friend did it for me. August will be walls and flooring. I hope to have it livable by September.

Spent 8 hrs so far planing rough cut pine lumber down. This will be used for the walls, going shiplap. Still have 11 hrs planing left to get down to 5/8"
