We always sold those with 48" decks. I bet that thing will march through some grass with that size deck. Those were nice mowers. Liked them much better than the Lowes/Home Depot models. Yeah, it cuts very well. I had considered changing to a 48in deck a few years ago but couldn't justify the cost, plus it mowed just fine as it is. We all dream of a bigger deck now and again.
