Nutt will win the suit if it goes to court, or settle beforehand. IMO what he's claiming is pretty strong considering he wasn't named in the NOI and Freeze or his crew is the one holding nine of the allegations.
Plus, they're going to have to challenge reporters' sources for some of the news stories about some of this. That will get interesting, too.
Ole Sis should publicly apologize, pay Nutt and focus on the NCAA.
