I don't know anything about that property, but I remember that exact same text for a property last year. It may be the same property, I don't know. I just remember reading that same verbiage.

The prices on that website are stupid.

He puts up about 3-5 properties each year and says best offer by a certain time.

That's Joe Rigsby. Don't read anything into it. He is a forester and land manager including hunting leases for his customers. He will try to get the most $$ for his customers. I have bid on some land he had for sale in the past but not bought any. For him, it is just business.

Have nothing against somebody getting as much as they can for a lease, but that exact same property was up for lease last year with the same wording. Seems to me that if it was that great and former lease holders were getting pics of, and I quote "21 different bucks and 4 big shooters", then why is it up for lease again? You would think whoever got it last year would keep it.

Yea, I know nothing of doing business with him. Just saying seeing his name associated with land for lease every year is like seeing Rebelmans name on lease land each year. As far as this particular property, who knows?
