There is a 77 acre for lease not far from downtown Flomaton. So that would mean bow hunting only I would assume, and it is also boat access only by the Big Escambia Creek. It is intriguing, but more work than I would do. If anyone is interested molpus.com has it listed. Someone else turned me on this property, but not what I was looking for.

That piece has been on their site for many weeks. There are some issues with neighboring properties. Remember. Good properties with no issues don't hang around in Bama.

That property will flood every time it rains much. 77 acres can turn into 30 real quick.

Or 10 or zero. We in Huntsville have hundreds of acres that flood around southern Madison county. Tons of land swamped 5 feet deep for a week or so
