Simple but very good. On the inside of the rack (gut side)start on the small end and peel the thin paper thin membrane skin off that side (VERY IMPORTANT and it peels best from small end to large end), rub with lowreys garlic salt, douse liberally with soy sauce and let sit for an hr. Then rake your coals to either side and cook indirectly for about an hr. on med heat. Then mop meat side with Kraft Original on the up meat side (still one of my favorites) and let carmelize then take off and eat. DAMN it's good!
