I haven't bow hunted since I was maybe 12 or 13 and had a PSE Dan Fitzgerald Nova that I used. Saw my first deer ever in the woods bowhunting and never got a shot but it was so exciting holding the bow at draw waiting and hoping for a shot. That never came and eventually I started just gun hunting and never tried it again. Was wanting to know a bow that would be for a new hunter that has bow hunted but it has been years. I've looked at Mathews and a few others but was hoping to find something that I wouldn't get tired of after a year and want an upgrade. I live close to fultondale and was planning on putting one on layaway at Grabow but wanted a few bows to check out while I was there. Thanks guys

Best thing you can do is check out several shops so you can see what's available nowadays and get an idea of what you'd like.
