Go get it checked. Could be several things. My grandfather had a similar issue and it turned out to be some blockage in the carotid artery that would make him dizzy. If he had his neck at a certain angle it would hit. Eventually got worse and he was passing out so he had surgery. Hopefully it is just a simple inner ear issue.
