Not a Merc or Yamaha, but I have a 1996 30 hp Johnson tiller with electric start I am about to sell. Has a 1993 16' Lowe deep v boat sitting under it, batteries, trolling motor, two props, a nice trailer with spare, etc. etc. Not really looking to separate at this time but I bet you could if you wanted and end up in the motor rather cheap. Give me a shout if interested.
