I did some lamb on BGE for Easter dinner.

Had some collards, bacon wrapped asparagus, & roasted potatoes with it. Was pretty good if I say so myself

Supper...White Alaskan King Salmon topped with lemon, green onions and Cajun seasoning, steamed broccoli with lemon and Cabbage/kale salad with sweet onion citrus dressing.

Put a venison roast in the crockpot before I headed out this morning. Not sure if we're gonna slice it up and eat with rice or taters or if we're gonna shred it and make sammiches.

Just the usual: Rye bread, Swiss cheese, cornedbeef, sauerkraut all topped with Thousand Island dressing and grilled. I use olive oil spray rather than butter when I grill. Grill slowly so the ingredients all heat through, cheese melts and flavors marry. That is it.
