Fillet Mignon.  Chocolate Chipoltle Chili.  Some sort of steak salad thing Mrs. Irish threw together up at the cabin  Fresh gulf shrimp in cream sauce over rice made by some friends at a dinner party up at the cabin.  Some of my quick red beans and rice with Conecuh sausage  Pulled pork, deer sausage, slaw, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes with cumin and honey, and deviled eggs at a friends cabin dinner party.  Mrs. Irish loves me and packs me leftovers for lunch at the office.   Mrs. Irish's stuffed Mexican bell peppers.  Fiesta salad.  Tacos the Irish's way.

The "some sort of steak salad thing" looks exactly like what I had for lunch Saturday, out here on the ship. It was fine, too!

Ummm... Maggie - what is your avi? Brother, it is my Fireant knife with my mojo hanging around it!! Some folks call it an Arkansas tooth pick but you and me might call it a coon pecker. Knife made by a local knife maker and mojo gathered .....around.

That looks like some fine eating. I was down to 192# a couple of weeks ago. I just finished another plate of Hamburger steak, gravy, onions, smashed potatoes, and green beans for lunch today and I don't feel 192 anymore. Been doin' it up right ye have!

I feel like you should make a PSA to inform everyone of how much you are weighing these days.
