That's what I was thinking about the livers as well. Pretty common food round my neck of the woods.

Mountain oysters. Nothing like a plate of fried bull balls smothered in cream gravy.

Peanut butter and banana sammich with mayo.

Take a nice big Vidalia onion and get a 1/4" slice of it.

Take some rye bread and lightly toast a couple of slices.

Spread on some chunky peanut butter on the pieces of rye toast, slap on that onion and make you a Vidalia onion sandwich.

Good eats.

Another good one:

Peanut butter, sliced bananas, and honey drizzled inside two pieces of good wheat bread. Butter on the outside and grill on the cast iron griddle like a grilled cheese. Serve hot with a glass of ice cold whole milk. It is awesome.
