Gotcha. I was just trying to make sense of what I was seeing since you didn't post a recipe or guidelines. I may have to try that. It looks easy and delicious. If you're new to the ceramic grill world, you'll love it. I can already tell you're digging it. There are lots of good grills out there but only the ceramic designs seem to be great at searing and smoking and everything in between.

Very easy & very good...sliced the raw backstrap with a filet knife..just seasoned with salt & pepper while cooking it...provolone cheese.

Yep, new to ceramic...3 weeks & loving it.
