15 years ago we would have heard at least 4-5 birds at this spot and seen 30 coming out. This morning we heard 0 saw very little sign and seen 0. I don't know what happened to this part of stclaire cnty but it dang sure isn't what i grew up hunting.

This is how I feel now days. It was nothing to ride around and see 4 or 5 cobblers in fields in the afternoons a d heat 6-10 birds in the mornings. Now if I hear 1 it was a good hunt. Can't hardly find tracks anymore. Hunting where there are no turkeys is no fun
