Geez Maggie. I had to get up early and play drums in church, so I had coffee and a donut.

I've got an experiment in the oven. I'll post up if it turns out halfway decent.

French onion meatloaf, brocolli, and sweet potato. I put too much liquid and not enough binder in the meatloaf. The rlavor was incredible, it just didn't hold together.

Chicken Florentine & Farfalle [bow-tie pasta and white meat chicken with spinach in a Parmesan cheese sauce], with a salad of sweet cranberries, roasted pepitas, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, romaine, kale, carrots, green onions and Poppy Seed dressing [made with Greek Yogurt] and garlic bread.

Even if I say so myownself...it hit the spot.

Looks great Maggie. I went simple tonight. Grilled chicken quarters with some southwestern rice.

Photo and description sound and look yummy!!

Tonight, I am feeling lazy...

Threw together some shell macaroni with cream of celery soup & spices along with some English peas topped with some farm raised quail and spices. Gonna serve that with some Hawaiian rolls and call it done!!

To pretty to stay inside yesterday evening, so I made Ka-bobs sans the skewers. Used my basket for the BGE and put in Conecuh cajun sausage, chicken breast bites and a medley of veggies served it all with a roll and it hit the spot.

Left over ham from Easter in the fridge, so today we are having homemade tomato soup with grilled ham and cheese sammiches!
