200ish pages of regulations probably isn't a lot for a state with 842 counties.

Ha, they do have 80-something counties, but Bammer has 67 I think. That means we should have 160 pages of "simple, easy, common sense regulations". Sounds like a blast. I'd prefer something like soccer rules: "don't use your hands, now go play".

Georgia actually has 159 counties. Only Texas has more with 254.
