Australian Waygu (Kobe style) beef with salt, pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, fish sauce, egg and just enough Italian bread crumbs to hold in the juices. Grilled over lump charcoal on the Kamado. Served with uncured, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, seasoned garlic mayo, field greens, vine ripe tomatoes, on a buttered bun toasted on the griddle. Extra virgin olive oil seasoned fries on the side.

Irish Jr. who is our worst food critic says, "The best burger ever." They were damn good.

I had a wagyu burger at a restaurant outside Chattanooga and it was hands down the best I've ever had. Looks good!

Yummy goodness!

Be kind to one another and tell the ones you love that you love them often. We never know what tomorrow will bring.

They served waygu burgers at the cattlemans meeting the other night. Mr. Ragland is raising them right.

Did you order the wagyu online? If so what source to you use? We have only ordered meat online and it was from lafrieda usda prime dry aged ribeyes. The price was rediculous but the flavor was incredible.

Them burgers look great

Aldi had it for $6.99 a pound. I bought about 8 pounds of it.
