Try glucosamine and staying hydrated. That's what I'm gonna do.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I know some people that swear by it. Oh you are supposed to eat 9 raisins. Don't know if that is once or more times a day. But they count out 9 when I have seen them do it.

Been a a gin kick lately. I've gotten to where I really like it. I've never heard of gin/raisins for that. I know fish oil, turmeric, and ginger are all supposed to be anti-inflammatory. William if you haven't tried the Gin made down by John Emerald down in Opelika I don't really like Gin but this stuff is pretty good..

I've had the local Bham stuff made by Red Mountain I believe. It was just OK. I like a very pronounced juniper. The British dry gins seem to be my favorite.
