Up until eighteen years ago I suffered with it chronically.At the advice of a friend I went and bought a body pillow and started sleeping with it.It was almost immediate relief and no problems since.That was eighteen years ago and several pillows changed out in the process.When they start going flat I just go to Belk[they have the best quality] and get a new one.$.02
