My dad and I were able to slip away from work this afternoon and we're lucky enough to double up on some old birds! Mine had 1 1/4 spurs, I'll get the score up later tonight or tomorrow. Stay after em turkeyjoe! You'll get another chance!

Nice. I finally had some good gobbling Sunday morning. Set up in a spot where the bird only had two options as to where he would pitch. Well.... He promptly showed me a third option and gobbled all the way out of hearing distance.

Congrats Rumor and hope you are feeling better High Voltage. I went with a buddy Sunday morning and watched him kill a giant. We stayed on this bird from 6:00 until he finally killed him at 10:30. 1 7/16" spurs. I'm leaving out for Texas Friday morning with a couple of good buddies, should be a heck of a trip.
