Been having to eat out the past few nights but finally got a chance to cook some grouper fillets I picked up at Fresh Market. Pan seared the seasoned fillets in olive oil and butter. Then drizzled them with lemon butter/white wine and cream sauce with capers on top of a bed of sauteed fresh spinach with garlic. For an extra side, I made some cauliflower flat cakes. Only problem was that I could have eaten two plates instead of one.
