So I have been travelling to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and I brought back a few pounds of shrimp, and despite the fact that I must have had 30 something fried shrimp for lunch (See other post... :)) Mrs. Irish was craving shrimp. So we made some shrimp Alfredo over linguine. We used white wine, butter and fresh cream, fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and topped it with shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh green onions. It was a late dinner, but it was some count.
