So it was just Mrs. Irish and I tonight, so we thought we would have some fun... Handmade pizza Margherita friends. A little yeast, a little olive oil, salt, sugar, and a couple cups of flour. Let rise for about an hour, gently fold and roll out, top with some olive oil, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, fresh basil, fresh buffalo mozzarella and slide on your preheated pizza stone at 450 for about 10 minutes. Good stuff.
