You don't need a travel agent if you have google. Just look at groupon and the travel sites (expedia, priceline, trivago, etc)

Cabo San Lucas, Riu Palace, all inclusive. Way less humidity, desert and mountains meet ocean. Awesome place. We used a travel agent in Mobile. We spent $3800 with airfare for six nights last June with travel insurance and transportation to and from the resort, so you probably can get pretty close to your price range.

Call Sandals , you don't need a travel agent, they do it all including air transportation. The only problem will be choosing which destination ya'll want, they have plenty.

Excellence Punta Cana DR or Iberostar Playa del Carmen. Both adult only all inclusive and can easily be done for less than $3500 out the door 4nights/5days.
Both locations are awesome and can be done for cheaper i.e. kid friendly, flexible flight times, room views, etc. but saving the $500 ain't worth it to us.

The fiance and I are getting married on June 24th, and are looking to take an all inclusive trip tropical, but was wondering if any of y'all knew any travel agents. There are TONS of resorts and its really overwhelming. I feel like a travel agent would be really helpful. Need this to be as affordable as possible. Hoping to spend less than $3,000 for the both of us for 5 nights with airfare. Thanks it won't be hard at all to find what you are looking for. We used to take at least one trip like that a year for less than that for 7 nights at some really nice places, usually out of ATL, until I got too old to really want to go. Check cheap caribbean, expedia, travelocity, funjet, apple vacations, etc. If you need help a travel agent will hook you up

Find a good agent and work with them. That way you're not overwhelmed, as you stated in the OP, and get exactly what you want.
